Ericeira organizes a wine and jazz festival

On June 4, The Base Cowork Ericeira will host the first annual Ericeira Wine and Jazz Festival in the center of the city of Ericeira.

Portuguese wines are being discovered, so The Base Cowork has decided to organize the festival to pay tribute to national wines. 12 local winemakers will be present at the event and “will share their history and their wines”, as a note sent to Portuguese News. Anyone who attends the event will have the opportunity to taste different wines and see the products presented by “40 vendors” in an urban market.

An entrepreneurial spirit is reinforced during the festival with the promotion of artisans and start-up businesses during the event. The Wine & Jazz Festival also aims to promote the towns of Ericeira and Mafra as places where business can grow, sharing the idea that these places are worth investing in.

5 live jazz sessions will also take place in the evening during the event. The target audience for the event is not only wine lovers but also “children as parents will be able to sit in one of the many lounges offered by the Torrie Café”. Children will have the opportunity to enjoy some events that will be carried out after a partnership between The Base Cowork Ericeira and “Ericeira Mom’s group”.

The event has a cost of 12 euros per person, but those under 18 will have free entry.
