Johnson City Jazz Festival adds an extra free night | WJHL
JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WJHL) — Organizers just made the Johnson City Jazz Festival much more affordable after announcing an extra free night at their annual March 10-12 event at the Carnegie Hotel.
According to a statement, after popular demand from local musicians and members of the public, lead jazz festival organizer Bill Perkins has decided to add an extra night to the festival’s original 2-day plan.

While the Thursday, March 10 festival is free, attendees will pay $20 each for the following Friday and Saturday shows (March 11-12), or pay $30 overhead for coverage on both days.
Music starts at 7:30 p.m. Thursday and 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
